I made an appointment with Exacta Roofing Company a while ago when I had a problem with my bay windows which seemed to be leaking water into the house whenever it rained. The company personnel called thirty minutes before time to inform me that they would be arriving shortly and five minutes to time, they were at my door. They were courteous and listened to my explanations keenly before embarking on any activity. They did a quality assessment and explained to me how they would test each spot and the caulking they would use. They stated a price which was amazingly low and they re-caulked the windows within a very short time. I have never seen a single drop leaking into my house since then. I recently installed a copper gutter system which was quite erroneous. There were bends and cracks and wasn’t sure that they could survive the rainy season. I was referred to Exacta Roofing by a friend assuring me that they would do the repairs and transform the system into a working system. I did not believe that this would be possible until I called them. They carried out the assessment and gave me a low price quotation that I couldn’t believe was real. I was paranoid and watched the workmen do the job hoping that I wouldn’t be disappointed again. They spliced pieces together, improvised some materials that were poorly done and corrected the whole mess that had been done. The final result was a first class job and no one could detect the previous mess that was there. The assessment, coordination and the finished product of Exacta Roofing are amazing. I am 100% satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone out there.
